Stir-fry noodles, ‘chaufa’ (Peruvian style fried rice) and ‘lomo saltado’ (Peruvian style beef stir-fry) have become staples of Peruvian’s gastronomy. Prepared by sautéing fresh vegetables, sauces and meats in a wok, this traditional Asian technique allows the ingredients to release their flavors and aromas, and has become an essential part of Peruvian cooking.
History: Sumi Group creates and manages innovate and modern gastronomic projects like dessert, macaroon and chocolate brand The Patisserie Workshop, frozen yogurt shops Coconube, and Mexican burritos and bowls restaurant Picogallo.
