Casual, young and with an urban feel, Street is inspired by the street foods of the world, in which flavor and the client’s ultimate experience are the most important elements. With a fresh and friendly concept, this restaurant seeks to revalue local products with creative ideas and powerful recipes, one of which is a special tribute to a very typical Peruvian dish: ‘Pollo a la Brasa’ (Peruvian style rotisserie chicken).
History: Adolfo Gosalvez y Rushdy Vergara bring together their efforts, ideas and zing to create a new offer, adding on to their list of successful concepts, such as Street Burger and Barra Khuda. Chef Adolfo, who admits to be obsessed with bringing out each dish’s original flavor, is in charge of creating the new menu for this project while Rushdy, who has ample experience growing and exporting agricultural goods, samples and selects the ingredients.
