History: Mauricio and Saida come together in Massamabile and offer us a genuine concept that is full of personality but also one that respects the importance of home cooked meals, a value that is extremely important within Italian cuisine. Both have ample experience in this subject – Mauricio, through his Italian heritage and his business, Quetalpan, and Saida, through her work managing diverse restaurants and the MBA in Food & Wine that she obtained while studying in Bologna.

Chef’s Recommendation: Fresh Pasta of the Day, made from scratch and using seasonal ingredients.
