French patisserie reclaims its throne with a collection of carefully selected desserts, in which presentation is a main feature, along with quality and an attentive ingredient selection process, among which Peruvian flavors stand out.

History: Rebeca Dondero studied at the School of Le Cordon Bleu, Peru and obtained a Master`s Degree in Pastry from renowned pastry chef Paco Torreblanca’s International School of Pastry Arts in Alicante, Spain. She has twelve years of experience and worked in hotels, restaurants and culinary schools until she decided to start her own business. In 2016 she decided to focus on the artistic side of pastry, looking to convey a French feel through her techniques while bringing out Peruvian flavors through ingredient selection.

Chef’s Recommendation: Macaroons and ‘Acanelados’ (cinnamon pastry) with Pistachio Cream.

Hours: Monday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
