Whether hot or cold, or whether in the coast, mountains or jungle, soups are an important part of Peru´s gastronomic tradition, which is why they could not be absent from Mercado 28. Delisopas celebrates Peruvian soups, broths and creams, as well as offering baked goods and other dishes which compliment the experience.
History: Rodrigo Parodi and Maheikey Perez met in culinary school. Maheikey later switched careers and became a successful civil engineer, but he never lost touch with Rodrigo, who now is restaurant Mozart`s pastry chef. Back together again, they bring us Delisopas, which pays a savory tribute to Peruvian soups.
