“Eating is a necessity, but eating intelligently is an art.” Corazón de Alcachofa (artichoke heart) offers a healthy food concept, where the focus is obtaining nutritional balance without sacrificing quality or taste. The ingredients, where they come from and how they are treated, serve as the base from which we offer snacks, sandwiches, wraps, natural creams, salads, juices and desserts at any time of day.

History: Renato Victorio discovered his passion for Peruvian food while he was a student and Le Cordon Bleu. After many years leading kitchens in multiple restaurants in the United States, he returned to Lima five years ago and has since been in the city´s spotlight working some of its most renowned hotels. He joins Valeria Alzamora, businesswoman with over ten years of experience in the entertainment and services fields. Together, they apply their combined knowledge and expertise to offer a healthy option that uses Peruvian products. 

Chef’s Recommendation: Mushroom Wrap, with fresh arugula, grilled zucchini, tomato, lettuce, cream cheese and sweet mustard.

Hours:  Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
