This ‘cevicheria’, combining tradition and experience, has a clear purpose: honest foods, like in the old days of Peru, using traditional recipes and flavors from the north. In Agallas, the seafood is reminiscent of the food cooked by our grandmothers, classic dishes have won over the palates of people all over the world.

History: Mariano Escobar, Ismael Matos, Daniel Cuesta y Jimmy Rosales opened the first Agallas Cevicheria in August 2017 in the classic Lima neighborhood of La Victoria, which is well know for its full flavors. Thanks to their honest and heartful concept, they have since opened two new locations, in Chorrillos and in Mercado Nº 28.
